RAFF + GRUND DELIVERS THE HIGHEST QUALITY - TESTED AND DOCUMENTED
Ensuring the required quality is a top priority at Raff + Grund. For this reason, we have a certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2004.
We are approved for the construction of pressure vessels in accordance with ISO 3834-3 (HP0 - AD2000 - EN13445), are a specialist company in accordance with §19.1 WHG (Water Resources Act) and have the manufacturer's qualification for welding steel components in accordance with DIN18800-7 class B. We also have the ASME U-Stamp and the China Manufacturer License (SELO). You can find the approvals for these below under QA approvals.
Raff + Grund has a wide range of test equipment, measuring devices and test setups available for testing the components and for checking and documenting the required design. Before delivery, the components are tested by our quality assurance officer and the results are documented. A FAT of the system at Raff + Grund as well as a SAT at the customer's premises are possible. We are also happy to support you with the qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ) of the system or carry this out independently.
- Dimensional and visual inspection with calibrated measuring devices
- Surface roughness measurement with calibrated measuring device
- Dye penetration test according to DIN EN 473 / ISO 9712 level 2
- Pressure test with calibrated pressure gauge and TÜV approval
- Ferrite content measurement with calibrated measuring device
Further tests are possible as part of the SAT, such as checking the mechanical, electrical or control integration of the system into the overall system. Endoscopy of the construction site weld seams, pressure tests of the entire system, drain tests, loop tests of the wiring or functional runs are also possible. On request, our specialists can also provide worldwide qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ) of the unit.
