Raff + Grund has more than 50 years of experience in stainless steel sheet metal working. We are specialists in high-quality sheet metal processing, welded constructions with tight manufacturing tolerances and high-quality surface finishing.
Many of our components are used in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food and chemical industries.
We process stainless steels as well as aluminum, copper, titanium or nickel-based alloys such as Hastelloy as standard. We manufacture the welded constructions according to your specifications and drawings or the design of the component is created by us using 3D CAD.

Raff + Grund has extensive experience in sheet metal working and welding stainless steel. We are the right partner, especially for difficult welding applications and high surface qualities.
We manufacture large welded constructions, e.g. for the chemical industry, as well as high-precision components for the food, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. Typical components are, for example, machine frames, housings or components for packaging machines.
HOPPERS
Raff + Grund manufactures funnels in all sizes and designs in square, round or oval shapes. We also produce large hoppers as well as, for example, sectioned hoppers with the highest demands on surface quality and cleanability.
On request, the hoppers can be equipped with magnetic separators, nitrogen lances, various fittings for pressure or temperature indication, sight glasses or cleaning fittings.

STAINLESS STEEL BASINS AND TUBS
Raff + Grund manufactures basins and trays in all sizes and designs for the pharmaceutical and semi-conductor industries, among others. We are also a certified specialist company for sumps in accordance with §19.1 WHG (Water Resources Act).
We have extensive experience with multi-walled basins, as well as basins and trays with spherical corners or partition walls. We manufacture the basins and trays according to your specifications and drawings or the design of the component is created by us using 3D CAD.
CURVED SCREENS FOR SEPARATING SOLIDS FROM LIQUIDS
Raff + Grund builds curved screens for separating solids from liquids. For this purpose, the liquid is passed through a special sieve that separates the solids from the liquid. To clean the screen, the curved screens include cleaning equipment on the back that is operated with fresh water.
The curved screens are designed for a liquid flow rate of up to 2,000m³/h. For larger volume flows, several curved strainers can be connected in parallel via a distribution line.
